Thank you for visiting my website. I have been a certified massage therapist since May of 2007. I completed a 500 hour course of instruction, and was certified by the School of Alternative Medicine and Education in Howard City, Michigan. I am also licensed by the State of Michigan as a Massage Therapist. I love to use my people skills to help people relax and feel their best.
I specialize in tradition Swedish Massage which is a gentle form of massage that helps the mind, body, and spirit relax. I am known for my ability to help people release stress and tension. I am also skilled at Hot Stone Massage which is a type of massage that uses smooth warm stones to massage and warm the muscle tissue. Hot Stone Massage is very relaxing due to the addition of heat during the massage process. Additionally, I like to use therapeutic stretching techniques as a way to help relax the muscles.
My practice is in beautiful downtown Newaygo, located in "Vera's House" at 18 Justice St, Newaygo, MI 49337 (verashouse.weebly.com). I am also available to travel to your home, where I can work with small groups of people. Please check out this website for further information on massage.
